The film's idea of showing the special grip of the tyre specially developed for electric cars was put to the test over and over again during filming. At over 200 km/h, the vehicles chased across endless bridges that impressively span the harbour of Busan in a cat-and-mouse game. Such sequences would have been unthinkable without a high-speed UCrane. The film was shot on location in Seoul and Busan, South Korea.
